Refund Policy

Clear arrangements for cancellations, transfers and eligible programme refunds.

Before a programme starts

A written cancellation received at least 14 calendar days before the first session is eligible for a full refund.

Between 14 days and 48 hours before the start, you may request a transfer or a refund less reasonable administrative costs.

Private sessions may be moved without charge with 24 hours notice. A late cancellation may count as used unless exceptional circumstances apply.

If we cancel a programme, you may choose a full refund or transfer. We will explain any material schedule change promptly.

Email help@daheruy.com with the booking name and programme. We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days.
